Message: I've got an LIC endowment policy for my elder daughter for Rs. 3 Lakh cover. But, for my younger one, aged 3 years, I'm told by one of my friend that investing in a SIP of a mutual fund is better. Pl advise me. I can afford to pay around Rs.1000/- p.m. Do we have a MF where I could open an a/c for my daughter, in order to save and invest for her college education? Or the a/c has to be in parents' name only ? there any tax benefits

Message: About 6 months back my bank of baroda debit card was wrongly debited by 25000 Rs. I complained to the bank regarding the same. After 3 days further 50000 was wrongly debited. I had my card blocked. On further complaining the bank said that it had asked its reconsiliation department to approach mastercard for charge back and the same would take 60 days. After 60 days they came back saying all charges were successful and carried out in london. I have not left the country recently nor has my debit card been given to anyone. In fact in the last one year I have not used the debit card except to withdraw money at an ATM centre. What are my options now ?
