| Message: I have purchased 10 policies of Rs.1 lac each from LIC through its agent,three years back. The cheque of the first premium was collected by theagent on time; but thereafter ALL the premium cheques were deposited by mein the LIC’s office. The agent not even cares to inform or collect thecheque from me. What should I do?Is there any provision from the company side that if the agent does notcollect the due premium cheque from the client, he will not be liable forthe commission and if the policy holder himself deposits the cheque/cashhe will be liable for some discount? |

He pays me rent of small amount for the room and sharing of kitchen by his family. | Message: Sir, I am subscribing shortly for your magazine for 5 years. Please inform me about reliable insurance companies so that i can save 40000 per annum totaling 1 lac.(now i save 60000 pm).I have a problem with ICICI lombard general insurance who charged my credit card for Rs 3500. How do i approach ombudsman in insurance and credit card. He phoned on 23.2.2006 for accident policy and charged 10440on ICICI credit card. Then on 28.4.2006 he prepared my policy after 2months and posted to me again 1 month delayed on 22.5.2006. I cancelled policy on 18.6.2006 but he reverted 6960 ( 8 months on credit card ) and forcing me to pay 3500 to credit card. Please help me how to solve this problem. His delay of 3 months is charged to me. Please reply and i like your magazine hence subscribing. |
