Message: I had taken house building advance, which I have paid up (balance ammount) through cheque of an ammount of Rs.129336.00 on 23.1.2007, which was also realised from bank on dtd.29.1.2007,but till date neither I have been handed over my house document nor given any satisfactory reply by Mrs. soma choudhury, the incharge of your Bilaspur LIC HFL office, rather she is misbehaving whenever we used to visit her office for the document, which is highly regretted and shamefull. She even does not know how to behave with the customers.Even she does not used to give me any positive reply over phone and disconnect the phone line too.Sir, I am a sick person suffering from Parkinson diseases,it is very difficult for me to run everyday for knowing the status of my house document as I cannot drive any two wheeler, everytime I used to go to your LICHFL office by autorikshwa, and in this way I visited your Bilaspur office not less than 7 times since I deposite my cheque. In view of my problem I have no alternative except to file an application in the consumer court for the decision. Before filing the application in the consumer forum,I putforth my prayer before you with a hope that my case will be solved immediately and action will be taken against Mrs. Soma choudhury, for her non-cooperation,misbehaving and rude attitude, negligency and overall her non attending phonecalls.
